Most people think its a clean slate, you’re born with a clean slate, every day molds you into who you are not a new year, but if a new year is what it takes to motivate you to better yourself, then go for it. Dreams will always keep you hoping, but don’t ever give up on anything unless its out of your control. Love everyone like you’d like to be loved, but if you don’t feel it in return, detach. Surround yourself with those who care about you and that you can trust, then you won’t have to worry or feel as lonely as you have in times past, know that the world is a selfish place, but you have to be selfish to a point to protect yourself, but don’t be blinded by it and think its the only way.
